How to place orders with your favorite local bakery!

Sweet Treats Orders:

We require at least 3 business days notice for custom orders.

(Business days are Tuesday - Saturday)
*Custom orders are anything that is not already in
our display cases at the bakery, as it will be made just for you.

*Order acceptance is based on availability for the requested date.


*Orders placed within 3 days of the needed date will be subject to a 20% rush fee.


*A 50% deposit is required to officially place orders to reserve your spot on our calendar if full payment is not made upon ordering. 


*Orders may be placed as early in advance as you like, but please be aware that availability decreases as the date draws closer.

*Orders placed for same day or next day pick up will generally not be accepted, as everything is made to order. Exceptions may be made at our discretion, depending on time and availability.

Things to Remember...

We are an artisan bakery with only two bakers, who make everything fresh. Due to this, only a certain quantity of orders can be taken for any given date. Some dates fill up quickly, especially during peak wedding season (June-September), so if you are planning a party or any type of gathering, the sooner orders are placed the more likely we will be able to accommodate you.


Most of our recipes can be altered to accommodate gluten or dairy allergies or intolerances. For any allergy, or diet friendly choices, feel free to give us a call and let us know what you are looking for. We would be more than happy to help meet your needs. Ingredient substitutions can be made for an additional charge.  

Deposit Policies

  • All orders will require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your order or an agreed amount, if it is not paid for in full upon ordering. 

  • In the event of a cancellation within the three (3) days prior to the date you need your order by, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Should you choose to pay for your order in full upon ordering, only half (50%) of the total amount paid will be refundable.

  • If a party date changes due to illness/emergency/etc. - we may be able to transfer your entire order to a future date without the loss of your deposit (48 hours notice or more is ideal). Changes cannot be guaranteed. 

  • Any and all orders that are either fully paid for or partially paid for and not picked up within 2 days past the specified pick-up date will be disposed of due to our product’s short shelf life, and any payments for the order(s) are non-refundable.

  • Any and all orders that are not paid for and are not picked up on the day specified are considered relinquished and will be sold or disposed of. Certain exceptions can be made at our discretion with sufficient notice.  We cannot guarantee that all changes can be accommodated.​

Refunds / Exchanges Policies

Due to the time consuming, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders.

Once you or a designated party has picked up an order, it is considered "accepted" – we will ask to make sure that everything is correct such as the design, spelling, etc. In some instances you may bring the cake back in for design adjustments but this is an additional charge.

  • All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake upon pick up. Keep in mind that cakes are fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc. 

  • Cake flavor and texture is subjective. Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after the cake has been accepted and picked up will not be considered. 

Guarantee / Disclaimer 

  • We do all that we can to make sure that your order is decorated to the specification on your written order form. Upon pick-up of your cake, adjustments can be made for an additional charge if it was not stated on your original order. If for some reason something is not decorated correctly as stated on your order, we will make necessary changes right away at no additional charge. 

  • Every order is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.

Allergy and Diet Friendly Notice

All of our products are produced on shared equipment.
We cannot with 100% certainty guarantee that items are free of any allergen contaminant. When placing an order, or visiting our bakery, please be sure to advise us of any and all allergies so we can properly handle your order.
